ING Australia is seeking a Lead Technical Business Analyst to become a vital part of their Mortgage Tribe, focusing on enhancing customer growth through innovative products and services, as well as streamlining automated systems for improved scalability.

In this role, the Lead Technical Business Analyst will engage in groundbreaking technology initiatives, ensuring that business needs are effectively communicated to a technical audience. Key responsibilities include facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders to gather and document requirements, synthesizing information from various sources, and producing technical documentation such as interface specifications and data models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
  • Define system and interface specifications for business operations
  • Collaborate with business teams to design future state processes
  • Partner with Customer Journey Experts and Product Owners to prepare development requirements
  • Clearly articulate requirements that align with business goals

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Lead Technical Business Analyst
  • Previous experience with mortgage-related products
  • Proficient in translating business objectives into system requirements
  • Familiarity with mortgage processes, systems, and tools
  • Ability to define business processes for development or automation
