Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support professional to provide individualized care and assistance to individuals with disabilities in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and personal growth.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans in collaboration with clients and support staff.
  • Encourage clients to achieve personal goals and promote independence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Disability or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
