Location Management Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results
  • Manage operations, people, and finance for a high-volume location, driving profit objectives while maintaining excellent customer service levels
  • Provide empathetic support to grieving families and individuals, communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately

Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, leveraging strengths and addressing areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and understanding of cultural differences
  • Administrative and computing skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends, as required
  • Unrestricted driver's license, valid for operating company vehicles
