Operations Shift Manager

Key responsibilities include leading a team of associates within our delivery network. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring timely order delivery and maintaining customer satisfaction.

  1. Motivate and mentor high-performing teams to drive business objectives forward.
  2. Implement robust safety protocols, maintain high quality standards, promote excellent attendance, and optimize performance metrics.
  3. Collaborate with support teams to develop strategic plans that meet business goals.
  4. Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
  5. Physical requirements include pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching varying weights.

Continuous improvement and collaboration with peers are crucial to ensure smooth workflows and efficient operations. Our team is comprised of individuals who are customer-focused, driven by performance metrics, and passionate about delivering exceptional results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant work experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.
- Management experience involving sizable teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities: conducting in-depth analysis on complex processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
- Eligibility to work in Australia without sponsorship.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Proven ability to manage ambiguity while excelling in dynamic environments.
- Experience in planning, performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
