A dental assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while working collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Support and work alongside a team of dental assistants, dentists, and hygienists to provide high-quality patient care.
- Adhere to and enforce protocols and systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Work under the direction of a Practice Manager & Clinical Back of House Trainer to maintain overall practice cohesiveness and deliver exceptional patient care.
- Responsible for sterilization and lab room duties throughout the day.
- Perform full-time chair-side duties as a dental assistant, delivering exceptional patient care every day.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under time pressure without becoming overwhelmed or stressed. They will also be passionate about continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to develop clinical and communication skills for themselves and their team members.
