Home-Based Physiotherapy Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering tailored in-home and community-based care services to support older adults and individuals with disabilities in living independently.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will provide personalized physiotherapy services, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and promoting optimal health outcomes. The role involves assessing patients' physical needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
Additionally, the senior physiotherapist will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations;
- Developing and updating care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams;
- Providing evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional ability;
- Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- A Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualifications;
- Current registration with the relevant professional body;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a home and community setting;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
