Are you a skilled Vehicle Mechanic looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience working on heavy military vehicles?

Ventia Pty Limited is seeking a qualified Vehicle Mechanic to join their team based in Bandiana VIC, near Wodonga NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of heavy military vehicles, including 4WD's, trucks, tracked and armoured vehicles, infantry personnel carriers, and armoured tanks.

About the Role:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on heavy military vehicles
  • Perform technical inspections and classifications
  • Repair or replace worn or faulty parts
  • Reassemble, test, clean, and adjust repaired or replaced parts
  • Carry out minor body repairs and minor trim repairs
  • Test and repair electrical systems
  • Inspect vehicles and issue roadworthiness certificates

About You:

  • Cert III Heavy Vehicle Mechanic or equivalent level
  • Potentially open to Light Vehicle Mechanics with demonstrated Heavy vehicle experience
  • Demonstrated experience to inspect, repair, and maintain Light, Medium, and Heavy vehicles
  • Must possess a current Australian State or Territory class C Driver's License
  • You must be an Australian Citizen and able to maintain a Defence Security Clearance
