We are seeking several permanent part-time Compassionate Home Support Specialists to join our team and provide essential support to our clients.

Estimated Salary: $29.56 - $32.45 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided.

About the Role:

In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized support to help older adults maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
  • Assisting with household chores, including meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and assisting with shopping
  • Administering medication as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and empathetic approach when interacting with clients
  • A valid driver's license and access to an insured, reliable vehicle (minimum Third Party Property Insurance)
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs
