We are seeking highly motivated and passionate FIFO Chefs to join our team on our remote villages in Western Australia. As a FIFO Line Cook, you will assist the kitchen team in bulk preparation and cookery for various meals and functions at the village during your swing. This is a FIFO position departing from Perth working a 2:1 roster.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or trade certificate
  • 2 + years post trade or commercial cooking experience
  • Experience in bulk and batch cookery for large groups
  • Confident working under pressure in a diverse team of Chefs and Kitchenhands
  • Focus on quality with attention to detail, presentation
  • Knowledge of HACCAP principles
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to grow
The Recruitment Process

  • Provide relevant documents, including Passport, Certificates, and Police Clearance
  • Attend Pre-Employment Medical and Drug assessment
  • Complete all Site/Civeo contracts and inductions (online and face to face)
  • Collect uniforms/items and receive system/company training
  • Board the plane and get started
