
Fire Safety Specialist

As a Firefighter Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of people and property across the region. You will be part of a team that responds to emergency incidents, promotes community safety, and supports other groups providing emergency response.

Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to emergency incidents as part of a team
- Promoting community safety and emergency preparedness through education activities
- Developing and maintaining competencies through regular drills and training courses
- Maintaining attendance standards for emergency incidents and training
- Operating specialist firefighting and rescue equipment
