The Transformation Expert will support the effective implementation of change initiatives by assisting the Strategy & Change Manager in planning, communication and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include conducting impact assessments, developing communication and training plans, and monitoring progress of change efforts to ensure a smooth adoption of changes.

As a key member of the Transformation and Organisational Development team, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure changes are delivered, embedded, and sustained for long-term success. This includes identifying potential challenges or risks to change and adoption, preparing and implementing proactive strategies to address or mitigate those risks.

This role requires excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting with the ability to listen, understand and ask the right questions to develop and deliver quality support to organisational change. Proficiency in Excel data analysis and creating PowerPoint presentations is also essential.

In addition to these key skills and qualifications, the successful candidate will be able to carry out duties in a timely and efficient manner with the capacity to be self-reliant and exercise initiative with minimum supervision.
