Service Technician Opportunity in Sydney

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our professional team in Sydney. This role involves servicing high-quality appliances and providing top-notch service to customers.

About the Role:

  • Perform on-site or workshop field service repairs with precision and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely completion of necessary paperwork and service invoices.
  • Effectively manage van stock and resources.
  • Handle customer complaints in the field, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Hold an 'A' Grade Electrical License or equivalent, or Restricted Electrical License or equivalent.
  • Currently hold a full NSW driver's license.
  • Possess sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Background in gas, refrigeration, household appliances, or white goods is advantageous but not required, as extensive product training will be provided.
  • Be willing to adapt to changing technology and work methodologies.
  • Experience in commercial laundry, dishwashing, and/or laboratory fields is highly regarded but not essential.
