Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as a Retail Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers, influencing sales, and sharing your knowledge of our products and brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, cross-selling, and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by utilizing effective communication skills and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Develop and share in-depth product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business.
  • Assist with merchandise deliveries, unloading, and storing products in the correct spaces in the store.
  • Complete online training modules to develop your skills and stay up-to-date with company initiatives.
  • Lead by example, coaching and training newer team members to ensure seamless integration.
  • Maintain a stylish and well-presented appearance, showcasing our brand values and standards.
  • Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your work environment.

Requirements:
  • Strong selling skills, with experience in a luxury environment and 1-1 sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to initiate contact and communicate confidently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced and sales-driven atmosphere.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.

As a Retail Assistant at our company, you will work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and public holidays. Our Retail Assistants are our brand ambassadors, leading the success of the store by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of the product and brand.
