Infrastructure Delivery Lead

This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of major infrastructure projects in the Defence sector.

  • Lead a team of project managers and site operations personnel to ensure successful project completion.
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships within the Defence sector.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Manage project finances, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with Defence stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project strategies to meet client and government expectations.
  • Oversee project teams and site operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Defence stakeholders and other project partners.

About You:

  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects in the Defence sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
