The Role

We seek a dedicated individual to provide compassionate support and empowerment in a permanent part-time position at our Pennant Hills group home (20-25 hours per week).

  • Support clients in developing independence and advocating for their needs.

  • Deliver personalized care, including mealtime assistance, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling using equipment and aids.

  • Transport clients in wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

  • Monitor clients' well-being and report progress.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a carer, support worker or assistant in nursing or aged care.

  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
