Job Opportunity: Clinical Support Services Dietitian

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Dietitian to fill the position of Clinical Support Services Dietitian. This role will provide an opportunity to utilize clinical skills to enhance patient experience and nutrition care outcomes.

About the Position

The role of Clinical Support Services Dietitian involves working closely with various stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality clinical food services to patients across the district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain close liaison with health service managers and staff to ensure timely interface between Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Services, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of liaison to strengthen relationships between Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Services, and HealthShare Food and Patient Support Services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience and nutrition care outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on nutritional care and management of patients with specific dietary needs.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an Australian university.
  • Be a current member of Dietitians Australia.
  • Possess advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, including experience with CBORD Nutrition Services Suite software.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
