We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves assisting customers in identifying and selecting suitable mobility equipment and daily living aids.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide advice on products
  • Organize delivery and handover of equipment through our logistics team
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to provide product advice and arrange trials
  • Complete sales administration tasks for orders
  • Respond to email inquiries and order requests
  • Support the day-to-day operations of our retail showroom
  • Participate in weekend shifts, working every 2nd or 3rd Saturday morning

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sensitivity towards elderly and disabled individuals, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. They must also be quick learners, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have meticulous attention to detail.

Current COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory.
