Learning and Capability Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Capability Development Specialist to join our team in Financial Crime Operations.
About the RoleThis is a 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract opportunity where you will play an integral role in delivering on the learning needs of our teams.
You will work in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment to enable the Group to effectively and efficiently manage its financial crime risks.
Key Responsibilities- Design, create, and develop learning solutions, programs, and evaluations across varied learning digital technology and delivery formats.
- Maintain currency in relation to evolving learning content and practices to ensure learning resources are contemporary and fit for purpose.
- Review, refine, and adjust learning content, materials, and resources based on quality assurance and SME feedback.
- Support the capability and learning solution end-to-end, including needs analysis, design, and solution concept, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing enhancement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- A well-developed Risk mindset.
- A passion for learning and development.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of training methodologies, principles, and processes.
- Knowledge of AML/CTF and Sanctions obligations aligned to Regulatory requirements.
- Experience in digital learning formats.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in learning and capability development. Our salary range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
