Senior Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and contribute to multidisciplinary design projects across Australia & New Zealand.

This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality architectural outcomes while mentoring junior team members and collaborating across disciplines.

The Opportunity

  • Deliver architectural design and documentation across a range of sectors, including transport, infrastructure, and public realm.
  • Accountable for the delivery of projects or packages, supervising and coordinating multidiscipline design inputs and driving integration and collaboration across teams.
  • Foster enthusiasm for design and collaboration across the architecture and multidisciplinary teams, elevating culture through a positive, solutions-focused attitude that drives quality outcomes and a supportive working environment.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, contributing to project strategy and delivery.
  • Contribute to the growth of our architectural presence by supporting initiatives that emphasize quality and total design, and by collaborating closely with colleagues to help elevate project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience and registration as an Architect in Queensland.
  • Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency across leading software including Revit and Adobe Suite.
  • Proven experience delivering complex architectural projects within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Deep understanding of building design processes, legislation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
