Data and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data and Systems Administrator to join our team at Identitywa. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a busy environment, providing day-to-day operational and administrative support of our business systems, particularly client-management system, Carelink Plus.
Key responsibilities include data cleansing, maintaining and accurately updating records, administration of funding in Carelink in a timely manner, and providing support to end users in all aspects of the system. The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications and/or previous experience in a similar role, with advanced computer skills using online software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing activities, including the accuracy of processes, monitoring rejections of claims and following-up with service delivery, and maintaining knowledge of systems, making necessary updates and changes to configuration and settings of business systems when required.
