Workplace Ambassador Role

The Workplace Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences to clients' employees and guests. This involves providing seamless support, interacting with business unit leaders, managing lobby reception, reinforcing workplace behaviors, welcoming new guests, and maintaining unique break-out spaces.

This role requires a high level of service quality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be able to learn digital collaboration tools, engage with clients, and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 5-star experiences for clients' employees and guests
  • Daily interaction with business unit leaders and their teams
  • Lobby reception management, including access control and contractor management
  • Reinforce workplace behaviors as an agile work ambassador
  • Welcome and induct new guests into their workspace
  • Manage unique break-out spaces and meeting points
  • Troubleshoot basic audio visual and IT concerns
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a people-centric, client or customer service focused role
  • Exceptional work ethic and positive attitude
  • Able to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems
  • Confidence in engaging with clients and busy career professionals
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering outcomes of the highest quality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
  • Desire to go above and beyond for customers
