Group Sales Coordinator Role Summary

At Echo Entertainment Group, we are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high levels of administrative support to our Hospitality Sales Team. As a Group Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the team, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and management
  • Creation of proposals and contracts
  • Support with preparation for meetings, including booking meeting rooms and taking meeting minutes
  • Collation of information and preparation of presentations
  • Preparation of reports
  • Preparation of marketing briefs for sales collateral, tradeshows, and other requirements
  • Booking travel arrangements
  • Support with preparation for travel, including updating collateral on iPads, sourcing gifts, and printing collateral as required
  • Coordination and distribution of client gifts

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Strong time management skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
