This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Retail Manager and take on a challenging role that will utilize your skills and experience.

The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of centers based in Launceston, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented.

Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional management services to a leading national retail landlord. Your primary focus will be on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centers, including managing tenant relationships, coordinating maintenance works, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

You will work closely with the client to administer the terms of all leases, assist with maintaining an up-to-date tenancy schedule and calendar of significant events, and provide recommendations for maintenance works and capital expenditure.

In addition, you will attend regular client management meetings and conference calls to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in the Property Industry in Retail Property Management/Centre Management;
  • A relevant degree, i.e., Bachelor of Business (Property) preferred;
  • A Full Real Estate License (Mandatory);
  • A Current Drivers Licence (Mandatory);
  • Knowledge of Center operations;
  • Strong organisational and time management skills;
  • A customer-centric approach;
  • Strong communicator (verbal and written);
  • Proactive and flexible.
