At HammondCare At Home, we are seeking permanent part-time carers to provide support to our clients across the Nepean and Hawkesbury region.

We offer flexible days of the week, start and finish times, and weekend loading if you choose to work weekends. Our carers receive a work mobile phone, paid travel time, and kilometres.

About the Role:

  • Carers will provide essential and practical care to help older people live independently in their homes.
  • They will directly improve their quality of life by assisting with daily tasks.

Care Work Includes:

  • Providing personal care, including showering and dressing.
  • Helping around the home with meal preparation and light house cleaning.
  • Providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping.
  • Assisting with medication.

About You:

  • You can relate to people and are patient and solutions-focused.
  • You may have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care.
  • You have a valid driver's licence and access to an insured, reliable car (minimum Third Party Property Insurance).
  • Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
