About the Role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting strategic sourcing across various categories to procure the best value goods and services aligned with JLL's goals.

This role will be based in our corporate office in either Melbourne or Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sourcing, category management, and supply management strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage and execute contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery.
  • Identify market trends to enhance procurement decisions.
  • Develop sourcing strategies and manage key contracts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Report on procurement activities, progress, and results.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Qualifications and professional memberships, such as Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) or equivalent are considered an advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation.
  • Prior experience in IFM and facility management services procurement will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Experience with financial modelling and total cost of ownership analysis.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions.
