About Us

Bay Building Group is a market leader in insurance restoration services, operating nationally for over 35 years. We specialize in building and contents restoration for domestic and commercial properties damaged through insurable events such as fire, storm, flood, and malicious damage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial make-safe works for water, mould, fire, and other restoration-related projects.
  • Complete reports and technician duties for water damage, fire damage & mould projects.
  • Carry out installation, monitoring, and reporting of mitigation & restoration equipment.
  • Complete mould cleaning and fire wash down of relevant areas including the usage of restoration chemicals.
  • Complete inventory reports of restorable/non-restorable contents items.
  • Complete steam-cleaning of carpets.
  • Liaise with internal office staff, project managers, external contractors & clients.
