PCYC White Rock OSHC is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Educator to join our team. This casual position offers the opportunity to work with children in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care services to children, working closely with the Service Manager to ensure a supportive culture of safety and quality standards are met.

We welcome applications from individuals with a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children. Previous experience in the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality education and care services to children
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and other Educators to deliver a safe and engaging environment
  • Assess and respond to the needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards
Benefits
  • Salary range: $30.70 - $37.28 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
