Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule docks for all outbound loads and shipments to staging lanes
  • Release orders for manual full pallet picking (customer orders and co-packing)
  • Prepare accurate and efficient outbound shipping paperwork for local and international freight
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pickup of containers and trucked loads
  • Provide administrative support to internal warehouse teams
Requirements:
  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment with knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a safety-first mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM advantageous)
