">We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist Grade 1/2 to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
Clinical Responsibilities:- Meds management is crucial in ensuring patient safety and well-being. As a Pharmacist Grade 1/2, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing meds management strategies.
- Medicines information and pharmaceutical preparations are essential components of our pharmacy service. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on medicines use and preparing complex pharmaceutical formulations.
- Educating healthcare professionals and patients about quality use of medicines is vital in promoting better health outcomes. As a Pharmacist Grade 1/2, you will develop and deliver education programs to improve medicines knowledge and skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, make a meaningful impact on patient care, and advance your career as a Pharmacist Grade 1/2.
