Epsilon Direct Lending is seeking an experienced professional to join its team as a Corporate Specialist. As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for originating, executing and managing corporate loans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraged finance, corporate finance advisory, transaction services or private capital investing. You will possess excellent analytical and numerate skills, with a curious and inquisitive investment mindset.

You will work closely with founding partners and investment committee in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. You will have access to dynamic company owners/executives across various sectors and leading private equity firms. You will also have opportunities for career progression within a growing firm.

Job Description

This role will involve:

  • New loan origination: Identifying and sourcing new loan opportunities
  • Execution: Working with clients to structure and execute loan transactions
  • Portfolio management: Managing existing loan portfolios to ensure optimal performance

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2-15 years' experience in leveraged finance, corporate finance advisory or private capital investing
  • Excellent analytical and numerate skills
  • Curious and inquisitive investment mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
