As a Senior Site Coordinator at Ivory Group, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will be responsible for assisting the Site Managers with site supervision, coordinating on-site activities, and driving the project to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project goals are met
  • Assist with site supervision, trade management, and safety management
  • Conduct toolbox talks and site inductions
  • Monitor site safety and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Perform light labouring work from time to time
Requirements
  • Experience in commercial construction is advantageous
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
