We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Asset Management Advisor to join our team at the Melbourne office. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple client engagements, ensuring the delivery of project outcomes within time and budget constraints. You will also work closely with our team to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, driving growth and revenue through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing multiple client engagements and delivering project outcomes within time and budget constraints.
  • Developing business processes and organisational structures to support the delivery of comprehensive property consultancy services.
  • Implementing recognised international standards, such as ISO55000 or ISO41000, to ensure best practice in asset management and facilities management.
  • Procuring asset management and facilities management services, including developing specifications, KPIs, payment mechanisms, evaluation, and contract negotiation.


To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business development, client engagement, and project management principles, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. You will also need to possess a tertiary qualification in Business, Building, Asset Management, or Facilities Management and have a minimum of 10 years commercial experience. Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work autonomously or within a team are also essential requirements for this position.
