Job Title: Aqua Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Aqua Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of safety in aquatic environments.

Job Description:

The Aqua Operations Coordinator will be responsible for leading a team of Duty Managers and Lifeguards, co-ordinating day-to-day operations of the facility, and ensuring operational compliance with policies and procedures. This includes managing hazard prevention, developing and implementing procedures, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

This role requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. The successful candidate will have experience in pool operations, plant room management, and evacuation and emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation and emergency procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in pool operations and plant room management.
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and CPR Certificate.
  • Working with Vulnerable People.
  • National Police Check.
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
  • Current Pool Operations Certificate (desirable).
