Senior Associate - Projects (Infrastructure)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our thriving construction and infrastructure team in Sydney. The successful candidate will support the development of major infrastructure and energy projects for domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of major infrastructure and energy projects
  • Advise on preparation and negotiation of EPC, O&M/FM, TSI, BOP, D&C, PPP and infrastructure financing documents
  • Provide strategic procurement advice in early development phases and structuring of projects

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong experience in advising and running PPP projects
  • Technical expertise in advising clients with complex drafting and negotiation skills
  • Confidence in leading matters or work streams
