City Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-sufficient individual to provide general maintenance services across multiple early learning centres. The successful candidate will work autonomously to maintain high standards, provide exceptional customer service, and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide repairs and maintenance services for our Goodstart Early Learning centres.
  • Work without supervision to proactively anticipate and resolve issues.
  • Develop strong partnerships with our clients and colleagues.
  • Adhere to all City Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Work across multiple disciplines, including carpentry, joinery, shopfitting, plastering, painting, and tiling.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a similar role.
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or a similar field.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Currently have or be willing to obtain 3 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
  • Carpentry Licence; Contractor Grade, Nominee Supervisor Grade or Site Supervisor Grade – Preferred.
