We are in search of a Nurse Unit Manager – Cath Lab to oversee a dedicated team of 40 staff members in a Permanent Full Time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic operational leadership for the Cardiac Cath Lab to ensure optimal management practices.
- Coordinate the provision of safe, efficient, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Offer leadership, mentorship, and support to your nursing team.
- Manage human, financial, and material resources effectively.
- Possess knowledge of flexible staffing, budgeting, and performance metrics.
- Encourage a culture of learning to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain professional relationships with VMO partners, focusing on customer service to achieve superior patient outcomes.

- Current Nursing registration with AHPRA.
- Extensive experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting.

- Postgraduate qualifications in a relevant specialty or actively pursuing them.
