The ideal candidate is a skilled software engineer or broadcast engineer who understands the complexities of large-scale live events.

You will be part of a collaborative team that includes commissioning, support teams, product managers, and users.

About this role
  • Develop secure, production-ready software for critical services using Golang, React, and PHP
  • Create tests for new and existing code and contribute to CI workflows
  • Work with the team to improve existing code
  • Review pull requests and pair programming when appropriate
  • Design and implement new features
  • Troubleshoot and optimize code for bugs and performance issues
  • Identify and report quality or security issues
  • Provide documentation for users and commissioning teams
  • Contribute feedback and collaborate with team members
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with best practices and new technologies
Requirements
  • Several years of software development experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new codebases and frameworks
  • Broad knowledge of programming languages
  • Experience with database design and data modeling
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and containerization
  • Deep understanding of the software development process and related technologies
