About the PositionThe HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the business, collaborating with senior leaders and managers to align HR strategies with organisational objectives.
This includes working closely with senior managers to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and providing expert advice on HR matters.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR initiatives that enhance employee performance, drive business success and foster a positive workplace culture.
About the Ideal CandidateYou will have proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, coupled with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
Your strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations will be leading edge and in line with current best practice recommendations.
You will have an excellent ability to develop strong relationships and possess strong stakeholder management skills that facilitates a high level of trust between senior managers and the HR team.
You will be a strategic thinker and with excellent problem-solving skills. Prior experience in organisational/cultural transformations is preferred.
