The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of veterinarians and support staff. They will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in consultations and surgeries, foster strong relationships with clients and the community, and oversee clinic operations to contribute to its growth and success.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A BVSC or DVM degree recognised by the AVBC
• Proven leadership experience and a passion for guiding a team
• Ability to work autonomously when required
