Housekeeping Attendant Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, replenishing amenities, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms;
  • Replenishing amenities as required;
  • Maintaining guest room pantries and ensuring all equipment is in working order;
  • Assisting with guest requests and answering queries;

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must also be available to work a rotating roster, including Monday to Sunday, 9am to 2pm, and have at least 4 days availability per week.

The ideal candidate will possess full Australian working rights, a proven track record of room servicing, and strong organisation and time management skills. They will also be a team player, able to work both autonomously and as part of a team, and demonstrate honesty and reliability.
