About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our team in Canada. As a Laboratory Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our laboratory operations and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Analysis: Receive, label, and analyze various types of samples, including blood, toxic, and tissue samples.
  • Lab Testing: Design and execute laboratory testing procedures to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Standard Procedures: Adhere to standard laboratory procedures and protocols to maintain the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Research and Development: Observe and interpret research findings, and conduct experiments to support our research and development initiatives.
  • Lab Management: Organize and store all chemical substances, manage lab equipment and supplies, and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Reporting and Data Management: Record and manage all data, and prepare reports based on findings to support our business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as laboratory science or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
