About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Mental Health team in Hobart, Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

About You:

  • You are a registered nurse with current registration with AHPRA and working rights in Australia.
  • You have at least 12 months of experience working as a fully qualified RN in the Mental Health sector.
  • You are able to work as a team player and jump into busy mental health settings.
  • You are a quick learner and able to adapt to a new working environment.

Even Better If You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Mental Health setting.
  • Leadership experience as a nurse in charge of the floor.
  • A post-grad qualification in Mental Health.
