Job Overview

The successful candidate will manage the operations of polling places, supervise staff, and ensure that electoral procedures are followed. This includes training personnel, managing election resources, and conducting counts and reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operations of polling places, including supervising staff and ensuring electoral procedures are followed.
  • Train personnel on electoral procedures and ensure they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage election resources, including ballot papers, voting equipment, and other materials.
  • Conduct counts and reconciliations, including recording results and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Assist with the management of campaign workers, scrutineers, and formality of ballot papers.

Requirements

  • A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electoral procedures and processes.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
