We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Research Assistant to join our Mental Health Inpatient Rehabilitation Service Team at SA Health.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to nationally leading rehabilitation practices and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete and timely data collection, entry, and management, and assist with the analysis of data generated across SALHN MHRS.
- Undertake maintenance of accurate and complete documentation, including regulator documents, signed informed consent forms, relevant HREC approvals, source documentation, interviews, and questionnaire responses.
- Participate in the development of research directions for SALHN MHRS.
- Recruit internal and external guest speakers and coordinate sessions for education and networking purposes.
- Participate in interview and questionnaire development, conducting interviews, administering surveys, and/or coordinating focus groups.
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience in research design, management, and data analysis.
- Experience in using and maintaining data collections using online survey tools, databases, and statistical packages (IBM SPSS).
- Experience in completing administrative tasks under minimal supervision.
- Experience in preparing and presenting the findings of applied research.
- The ability to work under limited direction, autonomously or as a collaborative member of a team, including an ability to prioritise and effectively manage diverse workloads to meet agreed timelines and objectives.
