About the role

The Naval Hospitality Professional is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in Officers' Messes at sea and ashore.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless delivery of hospitality services, including meal service, bartending, and setting up and serving at official functions.

This role offers opportunities for career progression and professional development, with comprehensive training provided in areas such as food preparation, presentation, and safety, as well as customer service and leadership skills.

As a key member of the team, you will be part of Ships Medical Emergency Teams and respond to medical incidents.

Salary:

$117,869 per annum (starting trade training)

Requirements:

To be eligible for this role, you must meet the minimum entry fitness standards, be medically fit for service, and have a CV security clearance. A 3-year secondary school education is also required, with qualifications that may be used to assess trade suitability.
