Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll support the Venue Manager in successfully operating a multimillion-dollar business. You'll have the opportunity to grow the business through your own initiatives and implement venue operations on a daily basis by leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar hospitality management role is essential, with expertise in food, bars, and gaming environments.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills are required to lead, develop, and manage a large multi-skilled team.
  • Operational experience is necessary to effectively assist the Venue Manager in achieving financial and business targets.
  • A high level of understanding and ability to deliver on guest expectations and experiences in line with our venue's vision and goals is crucial.
  • A current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualification is mandatory.
