Diageo, a leading player in the beverage industry, is seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing several high-profile key accounts across the hospitality industry, including hotels, casinos, caterers, restaurants, and pub groups. Your primary objective will be to deliver key financial targets through effective account management and partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute joint business planning strategies with customer groups to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Lead the execution of Diageo brand priorities and innovation launches, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to increase visibility of the On-Premise team and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop and own segmentation strategies within the channel to optimize sales performance and customer engagement.

**What You Will Bring to the Table**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A proven track record of experience in sales functions, particularly in key account or national account management roles, with a good level of P&L leadership experience.
  • A deep passion for customer-centric strategy and a strong understanding of the On-Premise channel.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver plans and activities.
  • Strong influence skills and the ability to inspire others to value the Reserve and Prestige proposition.
  • An agile and adaptable approach to working in an ambiguous environment.

**Estimated Salary:** AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
