Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Paint Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality paintwork to ensure vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition.

  • Mix and match vehicle colours as per Job Sheet requirements
  • Bulk and maintain colour library
  • Prep, prime and paint vehicle according to industry standards
  • Buff and denib vehicle
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention
  • Document any additional paint work required that is not quoted for
  • Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to the production manager
  • Keep work bay and workshop areas clean
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Trade qualified experience in painting
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working as a trade qualified painter
  • A strong commitment to working safely
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
  • Owning tools to fulfil the role
