Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to manage our construction projects from start to finish.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage subcontracts and head contracts for multiple trades across the project lifecycle, including preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules, progress claims, and variations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of construction practices, sequencing methodologies, and value engineering principles to drive cost savings and improve project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement effective management plans in line with head contract risk and opportunities, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.

The ideal candidate will possess a senior-level skill set in construction/building contract/commercial management, with experience managing head and subcontracts. Additionally, they should have demonstrated leadership skills in leading subcontractor/trade administration on medium to large built form projects.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as CHEOPS and Aconex.
