Job Title

A HSE Business Partner is required to work closely with production management, the wider management team and employees at local sites to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Business Partner will be responsible for:

  • Conducting risk assessments, reviewing and updating as necessary;
  • Maintaining and monitoring KPIs for health, safety and environmental performance;
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory, mandatory and company training requirements, tracking and reporting accordingly;
  • Collaborating with HR on workforce health, safety and well-being initiatives;
  • Leading fire drills, marshalling and training as applicable;
  • Organising and delivering induction training;
  • Managing external HSE specialists and consultants.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of ISO14001/45001 and relevant legislation;
  • A NEBOSH general certificate, IOSH or other H&S industry-recognised qualification;
  • Experience in an HSE advisory or partnering role within the production/manufacturing industry;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to partner with management teams on HSE compliance and best practices.](en)
